Auto Agentic provides AI-powered services to automotive dealerships. Our services include:

a) Sales AI Agent:

Assists with customer interactions and lead management
Provides personalized product recommendations
Analyzes sales data to identify trends and opportunities

b) HR AI Agent:

Streamlines recruitment processes
Assists with employee onboarding and training
Provides insights on employee performance and satisfaction

c) Budget Analysis AI Agent:

Analyzes financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Assists with budget forecasting and planning
Provides real-time financial insights and recommendations

d) Data Analysis AI Agent:

Processes and analyzes large datasets to extract valuable insights
Generates customized reports and visualizations
Identifies patterns and trends to support decision-making

e) Marketing AI Agent:

Assists with campaign planning and execution
Analyzes marketing data to optimize strategies
Provides personalized content recommendations

These AI agents are designed to enhance efficiency and decision-making in automotive dealerships. However, they are tools to assist human decision-making and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
Restricting access to your computer or mobile device
Ensuring that all activities that occur under your account comply with these Terms

User Obligations

As a user of Auto Agentic's services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for using our services
Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any other systems or networks connected to the services
Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services or third-party data contained therein
Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the services without express written permission from Auto Agentic

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Auto Agentic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Auto Agentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties.

If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
